- B.Com / M.Com (Mandatory)
- Accounts / Finance specialization preferred
Technical Skills (Must Have)
- Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime (Strong Knowledge)
- GST Return filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B)
- Input Tax Credit (ITC) reconciliation
MS Excel
- VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP
- Pivot Table
- Basic MIS reporting
- Basic knowledge of: Income Tax
- TDS & TCS
Accounting & Compliance Responsibilities
- Day-to-day accounting entries
- Sales & Purchase accounting
- Bank reconciliation (BRS)
- Vendor & Client ledger reconciliation
- GST compliance & coordination with CA
- Invoice verification (Govt billing understanding preferred)
- Monthly / Quarterly reports preparation
Preferred (Govt Work Advantage)
- Experience in Government contracts / tenders
- GST pass-through model
- Work order billing
- E-invoice & E-way bill
Coordination with:
- CA
- Auditors
- Govt departments (if required)
Soft Skills (Important)
- Accuracy & attention to detail
- Documentation discipline
- Ability to handle pressure & deadlines
- Professional communication (Email & Phone)
- Honest, responsible & confidential handling of data
Experience:
- Minimum 2–5 years experience preferred
- Freshers can be considered if: Strong Tally & GST knowledge
